This patent, number 244111 is the latest in a range of patents now held by Manthorpe Building Products.
In recognition of a common, reoccurring issue with the use of mortar on roofs Manthorpe Building Products Research and Development department have been looking at several traditionally mortared “problem” areas on Slate and Tiled roofs.
This activity has resulted in the popular dry fix roll out ridge and hip products being introduced into the Manthorpe range.
In addition to these products and to compliment the best selling Smartverge range Manthorpe Research and Development team designed the Linear Verge, which can be used without the use of mortar at gable ends, with slates and non profile roof tiles.
The Linear verge which is quick to fit, comes in a range of colours to suit most common roof tile/slate colours.
As with many of the innovative products produced by Manthorpe the dry fix range is now widely specified by, house builders and roofing contractors, all of whom benefit from the quick and easy to install products.
