CMM Inspector - Rate depending on experience
CMM Inspector who can operate a Mitutoyo machine using Cosmos software. The ability to program would be advantageous, but not essential. Inspectors that have operated other machinery and software will be considered.
Quality Manager
We require an experienced and professional aerospace Quality Manager to take on a role in a growing manufacturing business. The applicant should be dynamic and well motivated, with an understanding of AS9100 standards. Expertise in fields such as Six Sigma, Gauge R&R and FMEA is vital.
The candidate must be able to:
- Develop and maintain standards and systems to ensure the quality of products and processes.
- Monitor quality performance and take actions to improve this where necessary.
- Implement a communication strategy to ensure awareness of quality across all departments.
- Monitor external quality standards and implement these within the organisation.
- Specifically maintain AS9100 compliance.
- Plan and manage quality performance against agreed targets and budgets.
- Manage staff according to company standards.
- Enhance inspection, testing, sampling and training performance.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary.
- Take the lead in working with all departments and customers to find
Engineers – Estimating Machined Components – salary up to 30k
The company is looking for someone who has completed a machine shop based apprenticeship and has Estimating experience or someone working on the shop floor looking to be trained as an Estimating
Your skills and experience ideally will include:
- Machine shop based apprenticeship.
- Computer literate.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Engineering background ideally qualified to HNC equivalent or above in mechanical engineering.
- Attention to detail with accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness.
Training will be given to the successful applicant to enable them to transition into this important role.
Skilled CNC Turners / Programmers – Rate - up to £10 per hour
Candidates must be fully qualified CNC machinists, with ability to operate and or programme Mazak CNC Lathes with Mazatrol Control.
The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of reading engineering drawings and be used to working under their own initiative with minimum supervision. Candidates need to be experienced in the machining of Power Engineering and Aerospace Components.
Fabrication shop – Dimensional Inspector

The company is seeking a Fabrication shop Dimensional Inspector with enthusiasm to be involved in the day to day inspection of fabrications at various stages of build. This will involve dimensional and visual checking of fabrications of various sizes manufactured from carbon, stainless steel and aluminum.
Steel Plater – Rate – up to £10.43 per hour
- Must have the ability to work unsupervised
- Must be able to understand and read engineering drawings.
- Marking out all materials
- Cutting and drilling all materials
- Assembling
- Tacking up of Bespoke high integrity fabrications manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Manufacture one off fabrications of various complexities for a range of industry sectors
I.T. Business Analyst - Salary up to 30k - 12 Month Contract
This is an opportunity to join a successful and growing company who are seeking an I.T. business Analyst for an ERP implementation project.
Educated to degree level or similar, it is expected that the candidate will have experience of implementing and supporting ERP or MRP systems. Ability to manage IT projects with third party contractors to deliver specific solutions on time with business acumen to document the business processes and interpret the ERP systems.
