Manthorpe Engineering has a full range of sophisticated equipment and experienced engineers to deliver complex machining requirements. We have made continuous investment in new plant and machinery and constantly looking for highly skilled engineers.

Apprenticeships
Manthorpe have a continued apprentice programme. The first nine months is spent “off the job” at the purpose built Rolls-Royce training facility on Wilmore Road, Derby.
On successful completion of the first year PEO training, the new recruits return to Manthorpe to continue for the next three years “on the job” training within the engineering facilities.
In addition to this, the apprentices attend day release college at Derby once a week eventually receiving their EAL Advanced Diploma in Engineering.
Over the last seven years, Manthorpe have recruited twenty four apprentices with a further four this year. We are the largest employer of apprentices through the training school after Rolls-Royce
