Sales and Marketing Manager

 

Job Description:

To develop, organise and implement marketing and sales strategy and campaigns targeting potential new business and increasing our existing customers spend. To lead, manage and develop a small telesales team to identify and quantify sales opportunities. Create an environment that allows colleagues to achieve high levels of pro active performance, maximising opportunities for sales of further products within each existing account and pro actively targeting and converting potential accounts.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

Qualifications:

Educated to degree level or similar, it is expected that the candidate will have a good knowledge of Housebuilders and Merchant Groups and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Additional Info: 28 Days Holiday rising to 33 days

 


 

Product Research Manager


We are seeking a Product Research Manager who is enthusiastic and passionate about generating new product ideas.

You would be in charge of planning and developing a  strategy to research markets and generate new product ideas.

Keeping in close contact with what your audience wants and know the best ways of communicating and influencing them.

With the market changing every day, you'll have to keep on top of research, checking the market and rival products. Meetings with other managers and clients would be a regular feature of the job, often requiring you to travel across the country or even overseas.

Key Accounts Manager

 

We are looking for an experience, enthusiastic, motivated individual who will report directly to the sales Director and will assist with the development and growth of the business.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible to the Sales Director and their main duty will be to increase and to enhance the company's market share and profitability by promoting and selling the range of building products to key national customers.

In addition management and development  of existing key customers, the Key Account Manager will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with new potential distributors and house builders where demand and specification  for product range would be obtained and managed.

The successful candidate will have experience in selling to the construction industry and will have a proven sales track record with key accounts.

It is expected that the candidate will have a high level of communications skill and their negotiation abilities will be finely tuned.  As with most sales roles, the position of Key Account Manager is achievement and target driven and the successful candidate will have come from this environment. The ability to write cohesive and professional reports and letters is a key competency for this role.

I.T. Business Analyst - Salary up to 30k - 12 Month Contract
